I was disappointed when they put the wrong type of oil (5W-30) on my 2004 BMW M3. Josh insisted that it was the right oil for the region. I took my car to Bellevue BMW and was informed of low oil pressure. Had to get my oil change again. BMW strictly recommends Castrol TWS 10W-60 for //M cars. This information was printed in owners manual and a sticker in the engine compartment.

The staff at Conaway Motors is exceptional along with the work they do there. They had me in and out in one day and my car has never ran better. Its great to see a family owned business working on its third generation, you just don't see that much any more. I recommend Conaway Motors to anyone who is looking to get their car fixed right the first time and not have to worry about if the job was done right.

Great place to have your European vehicle repaired at. Whether it is a BMW, Mercedes, Audi or VW, whatever you have these guys can fix it. I have owned several European and Japanese vehicles over the years and have always been happy with their service. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they really know their stuff. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member. Great service at a great price.

When I dropped my car off, we were off to a good start. They were organized, confident and listened to why I was bringing in my car--a squeaking noise and thermostat problems. I didn't have an appointment so it took them a few days to get to my car. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the didn't find the mystery problem that another mechanics had suggested (and that I never fixed). In fact, they fixed my squeaking and temperature with a new bearing and thermostat. An easy fix.www.conawaymotors.com
