I recently visited Enrapture for an aromatherapy massage, facial, and eyelash tint. The spa/salon is located on the 2nd floor of a printing/copying business building. The salon looked great, but I was disappointed in the spa section. The "relaxation room" was brightly lit with two uncomfortable chairs to choose from. I could hear people speaking through the walls during my massage and facial. All the spas that I've been to have a decent size building and a steam room, this one didn't. The staff was professional and courteous. I would recommend Enrapture for a hair service, but not if you're looking for relaxation.

This Salon and Spa is the best! From the service to the professional atmosphere is awesome. I started going there a little over a year ago and have had several of there services done. I started by having hair extensions done and ananda does a great job. Alyssa cuts and colors my hair and she is fantastic she always leaves me feeling my very best. The message therapist is awesome. I would recommend this Salon to everyone. The special attention really makes you feel good. The free hand message and makeup application is a great finishing touch.

After 5 disappointing haircuts/colors in the past 14 months, it was such a pleasure to finally find Enrapture! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I took pictures of several styles that I found online and asked the stylist (Katie) for her opinion. She asked me to "trust her" in creating a style that suited me. I was leary, but decided that it could not be any worse than the other cuts I have had recently. I was amazed at how much I LOVED my hair color and cut. Katie was spot-on with both! As an extra bonus, it was great to have makeup applied for free to compliment my new look. I have recommended both the salon and Katie to everyone who has mentioned how great my hair looks (and there have been several people who have commented!).

Can i just say finding a GREAT stylist is the toughest thing ever and on top of that finding a GREAT salon on top of that is just an awesome bonus! i have had my hair done 3 times at enrapture by Michelle and it has been the best experiance ever she gives me great advice on what i should do with my hair AND how to accomplish the look when i get home! the whole salon works together as a great team every time i have gone there i have had the most relaxing hand massage and sent out with my make up done and hair looking fabulous! My only complaint i have is i need to be good about booking out my appointments! Its a hard salon to get into if you havent scheduled your appt in advance!!!

I'm responding to the previous review. Michelle is my stylist and she is absolutely WONDERFUL. She has been doing my hair for about 2 years and is so creative and attentive. I'm confused about the hospitality comment, because the salon and Michelle have the BEST customer service (hospitality). Also, I happen to know that it's against salon policy for stylists use the salon phone and they can't have their cell phones on while they're at work. I'm not sure if this lady's review is her idea of a bad joke, but in any case she is horribly mistaken. I've also referred several friends to Michelle and they are very happy, loyal clients as well.
